Manage the owners’ schedule

  • Set them up for success in their daily activities by strategically managing access to their time and attention
  • Proactively manage complex calendars and remain flexible to change
  • Coordinate calendars with other team leaders
  • Provide high quality support while anticipating needs
  • Arrange travel
  • Provide rock solid administrative support (checking voicemail, expense tracking, ordering supplies, shipping items)


Company Strategy and Growth

  • Work closely with owners to prioritize important projects, provide frequent updates, and ensure completion)
  • Work collaboratively with team members and managers in all offices to ensure the proper coordination of company projects
  • Troubleshoot and anticipate needs
  • Provide follow through support on action items in progress
  • Work with discretion and tact when exposed to confidential information


Building and managing relationships between owners, clients and the company

  • Provide direction, advice, information, support and confidence to the owners through daily communication and reporting
  • Project a professional and supportive image to all clients
  • Follow up with clients by telephone and email
  • Act as a liaison between owner and clients (set up and confirm appointments, review meeting notes, paperwork to open accounts, etc)
  • Enter and maintain information in our database on a daily basis
  • Respond to correspondence for owners and company


Talents and experience required

  • 4+ years of Executive Assistant Experience
  • A university or college degree
  • You must have entrepreneurial spirit – you love to embrace new opportunities and make things happen and thrive in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
  • You are confident, intelligent, dedicated, and focused on making improvements and reaching out for new solutions
  • You are adaptable and flexible, with a sense of humor
  • You are a detail-oriented planner – you look ahead and stay on top of things
  • You have the ability to see the big picture while staying aligned with the company’s vision
  • You are personable, energetic and fun to work with
  • You are able to handle multiple requests, prioritize, and respond efficiently and quickly
  • You have a strong understanding of social media and are willing to learn new ways to leverage it



  • Base Salary TBD
  • Results based company bonus
  • 4 weeks of vacation after 1 year of service
  • After 6 months, Fridays optional work from home
